Each fall we honor the start of a new church year with a gathering of water from wherever we have been during the summer months. Sometimes it is from a serene lake we visited, or a creek in our neighborhood, an ocean or river far away, the hose in our backyard or tap in our kitchen.
This fall we will offer a water communion ritual that you can do while physically distant. Water unites us with all the living beings of the world, wherever we may be. Wherever you spent your summer, please gather a small amount of water from one or more
places to contribute to our water communion
