Dear UUCC,

I am looking forward to our first offerings this year, “Soul Matters” and “UU101.”

It would be very helpful if folks could tell me in advance if they plan to participate for 2 reasons:

1)    Both classes have information I need to send out to participants beforehand

2)    I’ve learned over the years that we really need about 4 participants for a lively dialogue, so whenever we don’t have a critical mass of folks who are able to participate, I will contact all participants to reschedule.

I am already working on preparing these programs, so the sooner you can let me know you plan to attend, that would be very helpful to me. The firm deadline will be the Sunday before.

Currently we don’t have anyone confirmed to attend, so if we need to cancel I will let you know by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. If you don’t have daily access to e-mail, let me know and I can call to let you know class is postponed or cancelled.
